How will I know when my registration is confirmed?
Once you have registered for the training course that you have chosen, you will receive an email registration confirmation telling you that you are registered for the course. This will be followed by an invoice prepared by our accounts department for your action.
How about the payment terms?
Kindly note that full payment is required within 7 days from receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated in the invoice. Please note that Europrotocol reserves the right to refuse admission, if payment is not received on time.
How can I make the payment?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or Visa / MasterCard credit card.
What is Europrotocol Cancellation/Substutution/Transfer and Refund Policy?
If for any reason you have to cancel an agreed registration, this must be notified to us in writing, and the cancellation fees will apply as set out below:
- Less than 3 weeks 100%
- Less than 1 months 75%
- Alternatively a substitute participant can be provided.
- Transfers to other programmes or dates are subject to the same charges as cancellations.
Registrations cancelled less than 3 weeks before the event must be paid in full. Cancellation must be received in writing by mail or fax before 1 month of the event. Non-payments and non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
What if Europrotocol cancels/postpones a seminar that I am registered to attend?
In the unlikely event if we do not have enough registrants to meet our minimum attendance we reserve the right to to change, postpone, or cancel a course dates, as of 30 days before the start of the seminar. In the case of cancellation, we will refund registration fees in full, or the participant can choose to transfer into a different seminar/workshop. If you are unable to attend a course at the revised date, we will credit 100% of any prepaid registration fees against a future seminar, or, if requested, refund those fees. However, we will not be liable for any other costs incurred including (for example) travel charges or any consequential damages even if we were advised of them.
TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS
Can Europrotocol help me make travel arrangements?
Travel arrangements such as booking a flight or renting a car are left up to the course participant. Europrotocol does not make travel arrangements.
Can Europrotocol help me make hotel reservations?
Europrotocol can recomend a hotel near the training event venue and assist you in making hotel reservations in the city where the event is being scheduled. We can also assist you in getting special discounted room rates in some hotels. However, this may not be possible in case the event is scheduled at a peak season in certain cities where most hotels are fully booked. |
