Mastering Negotiation
(Negotiation Skills Training)
is a realistic 21st century two-day workshop aimed at the entry level and intermediate level negotiators and is appropriate for all professionals who find themselves in a position where they need to negotiate and persuade to succeed. This workshop is based on
the model which is presented as a combination of the presentation,
highly interactive role-playing exercise, group workshops,
discussions and analysis. Negotiating Globally also involves
simulation exercises, as well as extensive sessions on planning. |
The participants at the workshop will simulate a negotiating model that
really works, wherever it is used. Particular emphasis is given to the
range of diverse communication techniques required to meet the
cross-cultural challenges of the contemporary global marketplace.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and

Payment in full must have been received by us as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the training programme booked. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of the participant access to the training programme booked.
Cancellation/substitution/transfers:

If for any reason you
have to cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to us in writing,
and the cancellation fees will apply as set out below:

Alternatively a
substitute participant can be provided.

Transfers to other
programmes or dates are subject to the same charges as cancellations.
Personal Insurance
Participants shall be regarded as carrying their own risk for personal
injury or loss of property, including baggage during the Seminar/Workshop.
We strongly recommend that, at the time of the booking your travel and
tours, you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy
taken should include loss of deposit/registration fee through
cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property,
financial loss through disruption to accommodation or travel arrangements
due to business failures, strikes or other industrial action, other Force
Majeure occurrences or Acts of God. The organisers are in no way
responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event if we do not have enough
registrants to meet our minimum attendance we reserve the right to cancel
a seminar, as of 30 days before the start of the seminar. In the case of
cancellation, we will refund registration fees in full, or the participant
can choose to transfer into a different seminar/workshop.
We cannot be responsible for plane tickets or other losses experienced
as a result of a cancellation. Please consider this when making flight and
accommodation arrangements. Therefore we suggest that you book your flight
and hotel accommodation after you receive our e-mail, confirming the
seminar 30 days prior to the seminar.
Change of Venue
We reserve the right to change the venue for the
reasons beyond our control. However we guarantee that the seminar shall
take place in Brussels in the hotel of the same category as indicated
originally.
Programme Hours
All our training programmes run from 9:00 a.m. to
4:30 p.m.
Dress Code
We suggest “Business Casual” attire for all our
public seminars/workshops.
