The rules of international protocol are intended to maintain courtesy and politeness in international affairs; between governments, international organisations and their officials as well as between corporations, companies and their representatives. Although we witness certain informality in the recent corporate an diplomatic practice, the rules of protocol are strictly interpreted and they should be closely observed. One should never depart from them without a valid reason

Registration Fee
Registration Fee: 997 EUR per person
Registration Fee for 2nd participant from the same organisation: 947 EUR per person Group Registration Fee for 3 participants or more from the same organisation: 927 EUR Please note that hotel accommodation is not included and can be arranged directly with hotel.

Kindly note that payment should be received until 30 October 2008 the latest, to ensure the participants place and admission.


Early Bookings
Early Registration Fee applies for all bookings received by9 October 2008.
Early Registration Fee: 927 EUR per person.
Early Registration Fee for 2nd participant from the same organisation: 907 EUR per person.
Early Group Registration Fee for 3 participants or more from the same organisation: 897 EUR per person.

Hotel Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and accommodation in Brussels. Holiday Inn Brussels City Centre ( www.holidayinn-brussels.com ) offered accommodation at a rate of € 140per person per night in a standard single room with buffet breakfast included. Kindly note that provisional reservation is held until 20 October 2008. Payment in full must have been received by us as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the training programme booked. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of the participant access to the training programme booked.

Cancellation/substitution/transfers:
If for any reason you have to cancel an agreed registration, this must be notified to us in writing, and the cancellation fees will apply as set out below:

  • Less than 1 month 100%

  • Less than 3 months 75%

  • More than 3 months 50%

  • Alternatively a substitute participant can be provided.

  • Transfers to other programmes or dates are subject to the same charges as cancellations.

Personal Insurance
Participants shall be regarded as carrying their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage during the Seminar/Workshop. We strongly recommend that, at the time of the booking your travel and tours, you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy taken should include loss of deposit/registration fee through cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss through disruption to accommodation or travel arrangements due to business failures, strikes or other industrial action, other Force Majeure occurrences or Acts of God. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.

Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event if we do not have enough registrants to meet our minimum attendance we reserve the right to cancel a seminar, as of 30 days before the start of the seminar. In the case of cancellation, we will refund registration fees in full, or the participant can choose to transfer into a different seminar/workshop.

We cannot be responsible for plane tickets or other losses experienced as a result of a cancellation. Please consider this when making flight and accommodation arrangements. Therefore we suggest that you book your flight and hotel accommodation after you receive our e-mail, confirming the seminar 30 days prior to the seminar.

Change of Venue
We reserve the right to change the venue for the reasons beyond our control. However we guarantee that the seminar shall take place in Brussels in the hotel of the same category as indicated originally.
