Please enter your information in the following form to register for the
seminar.
You will receive a personalized confirmation massage from our office upon
successful registration.
Please read and make sure you understood all the terms and conditions
set out hereunder before filling in this registration form.
Any information held
by us about you will be kept secure and confidential.
This Registration Form constitutes
legally binding contract for both parties.
The following terms & conditions relate to the training programme
"Mastering Negotiation", 26th –27th February 2007, in Brussels,
organised by The European School of Protocol, Europrotocol®:
Registrations
Registration can be made by telephone, fax, email or online.
Registration Fee
Registration Fee: € 970 EUR per
person
You will be pleased to know that additional participants from your
organisation will get 10% discount. Please note that hotel accommodation
is not included and can be arranged directly with hotel.
Kindly note that payment should be received until 10 January 2007 the
latest, to ensure the participant’s place and admission.
Early Bookings
Early Registration Fee: € 873 EUR per
person is available until 27 December 2006.

Hotel Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and accommodation in Brussels. Holiday Inn Brussels City Centre (www.holidayinn-brussels.com) offered accommodation at a rate of
EUR 130 per person per night in a standard single room, breakfast included. Kindly note that provisional reservation is held until 27/4/2006. When booking a room, please mention 'Europrotocol'.

We shall require the authorization for each credit card that helps us to protect you, our valued customers, from credit card fraud.

Payment in full must have been received by us as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the training programme booked. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of the participant access to the training programme booked.
Cancellation/substitution/transfers:

If for any reason you
have to cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to us in writing,
and the cancellation fees will apply as set out below:

Less than 1 month 100%

Less than 3 months 75%

More than 3 months 50%

Alternatively a
substitute participant can be provided.

Transfers to other
programmes or dates are subject to the same charges as cancellations.
Personal Insurance
Participants shall be regarded as carrying their own risk for personal
injury or loss of property, including baggage during the Seminar/Workshop.
We strongly recommend that, at the time of the booking your travel and
tours, you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy
taken should include loss of deposit/registration fee through
cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property,
financial loss through disruption to accommodation or travel arrangements
due to business failures, strikes or other industrial action, other Force
Majeure occurrences or Acts of God. The organisers are in no way
responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event if we do not have enough
registrants to meet our minimum attendance we reserve the right to cancel
a seminar, as of 30 days before the start of the seminar. In the case of
cancellation, we will refund registration fees in full, or the participant
can choose to transfer into a different seminar/workshop.
We cannot be responsible for plane tickets or other losses experienced
as a result of a cancellation. Please consider this when making flight and
accommodation arrangements. Therefore we suggest that you book your flight
and hotel accommodation after you receive our e-mail, confirming the
seminar 30 days prior to the seminar.
Change of Venue
We reserve the right to change the venue for the
reasons beyond our control. However we guarantee that the seminar shall
take place in Brussels in the hotel of the same category as indicated
originally.
Programme Hours
All our training programmes run from 9:00 a.m. to
4:30 p.m.
Dress Code
We suggest "Business Casual" attire for all our
public seminars/workshops.
All training programmes are copyrighted by Europrotocol, The European
School of Protocol®. We do not allow any reproduction of the training
materials, nor audio or video recording. We look forward to
